My Leadership Philosophy
The FISH! Philosophy is a leadership approach that focuses on creating a positive, engaging, and meaningful environment through everyday actions. It emphasises attitude, connection, and making a difference in how we work with others.
I am guided by the FISH! Philosophy, which emphasises positivity, engagement, and making a difference in everyday actions.
Working as a team of facilitators during the Secondary 1 Orientation Programme means constantly looking out for one another and offering support when needed. Being present both physically and emotionally allows everyone to feel supported and confident throughout the experience.
During leadership camp for Cub Scouts, I focused on being engaging, fun, and relatable to the younger scouts. By bringing energy into activities and interacting actively with them, I was able to connect better and make the experience more enjoyable for everyone.
Being part of the PA crew was a stressful yet rewarding experience. When technical issues arise, I like to stay calm and positive, and encourage one another to focus on resolving the issues and ensure the team continues to function effectively.
It was the birthday of one of our Marist Educators’ Day Planning Committee members! As we were in school for a Teacher EXCO presentation, we decided to surprise him with cakes and candles, making the moment a little more special.
